It started with two brothers
The Gubler brothers adopted the name Deseret Laboratories for their growing company, the name carrying sentimental and historic value not just for them but also others living in the state once know as the “Territory of Deseret.” In this region of the states, the beehive symbol and accompanying name “Deseret” (meaning honeybee) have been used for hundreds of years to symbolize the cooperative effort and hard work required to make the desert bloom. The Gubler brothers hoped to infuse this spirit of industry and community within their organization as it adapted to the changes and opportunities that lay ahead of them.
Today
Now nearly 175 of the finest in the industry make up the team here at Deseret Laboratories. Together in our 190,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, we develop the most innovative and highest quality products for our clients. Giving back to the community is one of our company’s priorities—which is why we have a dedicated Deseret Laboratories Chemistry Lab and graduate program with nearby Dixie State University. Our most recently added services—including stick packaging, gummy bottling, and effervescent tablets—is representative of our core commitment for constant innovation in the industry.
